Shipping policy

Standard (non-customized) items ship within 3 business days. Orders ship Monday-Friday by 4pm. 

For custom orders, please refer to your specific order for exact handling time. Upon completion, custom orders ship Monday-Friday by 4pm. 

Items purchased on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday.

While we guarantee our handling times, we cannot guarantee arrival time, so it is important that you monitor your tracking information for delivery status and updates.
